2 New Communities Open in Dublin Ranch
Two new communities by Lennar will be unveiled on Saturday November 7. The event will feature live music and fall treats including, caramel apples, apple cider, pumpkin lattes and more. It starts at 11:00 am and ends at 3:00 pm. The models are located on Central Parkway close to Fallon.
The new homes at Wexford at Irongate include two and three-story models. The homes range in size from approximately 1,764 to 2,951square feet of living space with four to five bedrooms, two and one-half to three bathrooms. Plus, versatile bonus rooms and luxurious master retreats are included per plan. Pricing will start in the mid 800’s
Hillcrest at Irongate features three single-family home designs ranging in size from approximately 1,862 to 2,306 square feet of living space with three to four bedrooms and up to three and a half baths. Homes include two-bay garages with lofts and bonus spaces included per plan. Prices start in the high 800’s.

Members of the public are encouraged to vote for the City of Dublin to win a $25,000 Levitt AMP grant toward a free outdoor concert series that would be held at Emerald Glen Park next summer. The deadline to vote is November 30.
Dublin is one of 40 small- to mid-size cities nationwide competing for a Levitt AMP grant. If selected, Dublin will use the money to offer free outdoor concerts at Emerald Glen Park, in conjunction with the Thursday night Farmers’ Markets. If awarded the grant, the concerts will be held June 9 – August 11, 2016. The 25 finalists will be chosen through online voting. The 15 winning cities will be announced in January.
